Delaware County Church Vandalized

Notre Dame de Grace Parish in Swarthmore was vandalized over the weekend by pro-choice vandals.

The graffiti has since been cleaned up at a Delaware County church, but now the search is underway for the vandal.

On Sunday, parishioners at Notre Dame de Lourdes in Swarthmore, Pa. spotted graffiti on the front glass doors and a side brick wall that included the words, ‘You do not have the right to decide what people can do, #ProChoice.’

This is what we are up against. Unhinged and violent pro-choicers who would cry, complain, whine, and even resort to violent confrontations in order to get their point across. On the other hand, pro-lifers rely on prayer, fasting, education, and even works or mercy to build a culture of life.

People constantly put the will of God aside for things of this world, like comfort.

God did not put us here for comfort, He put us here for greatness.

Ambulance Shows Up Hours Later Outside Same Planned Parenthood Rally Took Place

Safe, legal, and rare? That’s the biggest lie of the abortion industry.

Just hours following a rally against State Rep. and his bullying, an ambulance stops to take a woman to a nearby hospital after a botched abortion attempt.

Nearly 1,000 pro-life supporters had gathered in front of a Philadelphia Planned Parenthood abortion facility on Friday, May 10, 2019, to protest the bullying of pro-life activists by State Rep. Brian Sims.  But after the protest was over and the crowd had cleared the streets, an ambulance was dispatched to that same Planned Parenthood facility.

One pro-life supporter, Antonio Calimano, captured the incident on video.

At approximately 3:00 p.m., an ambulance arrived at the Planned Parenthood facility on Locust Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Emergency responders can be seen in Calimano’s video pushing a woman in a wheelchair out to the ambulance.  She was loaded into the ambulance’s side door before being transported, apparently to a nearby hospital.

“We question whether this Planned Parenthood delayed calling an ambulance for this woman until after they thought all the pro-lifers had left for the day.  It certainly wouldn’t be the first time a Planned Parenthood delayed calling for emergency medical assistance,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue, which documents such emergencies at abortion facilities.

“This is another example of just how dangerous abortions really are.  Planned Parenthood tells the public that abortions are the safest ‘procedure,’ yet hundreds of documented medical emergencies at the abortion facilities themselves debunk that false narrative,” said Newman. “We pray that every abortion facility in America is closed down so women and their babies will no longer suffer from the barbaric practice of abortion.”

Parents of teen girls harassed by Brian Sims raise over $100G for Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia

The parents of teen girls harassed on camera by Pennsylvania state representatives Brian Sims raised over $100,000 for a pro-life non-profit in Philadelphia, where the Democratic official has targeted peaceful pro-lifers praying outside Planned Parenthood.

Joe and Ashley Garecht started a GoFundMe page after they realized the man who offered $100 to dox their teen daughters – 13 and 15 – on Periscope was actually an elected official, an action they called “shameful and unacceptable.”

INCREASING CALLS FOR BRIAN SIMS TO ‘IMMEDIATELY RESIGN’ FOR HARASSING PRO-LIFERS

The Garechts told Fox News they are so grateful after they launched the fundraising effort as a way to turn an ugly situation into something positive.

“It means the world to us that people have rallied around our family during this difficult time,” Mr. Garecht said. “The prayers and words of encouragement have been amazing and have sustained our entire family.”

They met their goal to help the Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia Thursday, ahead of Friday’s pro-life rally by Abby Johnson and 40 Days for Life, among other pro-life leaders who plan to meet in front of the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic where Sims attacked pro-lifers.

We are beyond blessed to see people motivated to help the pro-life movement in the Greater Philadelphia region,” Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia’s president and CEO, Tom Stevens, told Fox News. “In 2018, there were 15,821 abortions performed at abortion centers in the Greater Philadelphia area alone. While our hearts are broken for the unborn and for their moms and dads, we are also filled with hope by this great outpouring of support for life.”

On the GoFundMe, Garecht challenged Sims: “Brian, if you have a problem with my wife and daughters praying outside of an abortion clinic, I’m the one you can talk to… instead of harassing teenage girls.”

Sims said “I can do better” Tuesday night in a video posted online, but he stopped short of apologizing for his actions. Planned Parenthood said it did “not condone…Sims’ approach” but called him a “champion” on pro-choice issues.

Today we remember those with lukewarm souls such as Catholics who have supported abortion and other forms that destroy human life from conception until natural death.

“Today bring to Me the Souls who have become Lukewarm and immerse them in the abyss of My mercy. These souls wound My Heart most painfully. My soul suffered the most dreadful loathing in the Garden of Olives because of lukewarm souls. They were the reason I cried out: ‘Father, take this cup away from Me if it is Your will.’ For them, the last hope of salvation is to run to My mercy.”

Most compassionate Jesus, You are Compassion Itself. I bring lukewarm souls into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart. In this fire of Your pure love, let these tepid souls who, like corpses, filled You with such deep loathing, be once again set aflame. O Most Compassionate Jesus, exercise the omnipotence of Your mercy and draw them into the very ardor of Your love, and bestow upon them the gift of holy love, for nothing is beyond Your power.

Oh, if you only knew the torments they suffer, you would continually offer for them the alms of the spirit and pay off their debt to My justice.”

Most Merciful Jesus, You Yourself have said that You desire mercy; so I bring into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls in Purgatory, souls who are very dear to You, and yet, who must make retribution to Your justice. May the streams of Blood and Water which gushed forth from Your Heart put out the flames of Purgatory, that there, too, the power of Your mercy may be celebrated.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls suffering in Purgatory, who are enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. The souls who especially venerate and glorify Jesus’ mercy

Today bring to Me the Souls who especially venerate and glorify My Mercy*and immerse them in My mercy. These souls sorrowed most over my Passion and entered most deeply into My spirit. They are living images of My Compassionate Heart. These souls will shine with a special brightness in the next life. Not one of them will go into the fire of hell. I shall particularly defend each one of them at the hour of death.

Most Merciful Jesus, whose Heart is Love Itself, receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who particularly extol and venerate the greatness of Your mercy. These souls are mighty with the very power of God Himself. In the midst of all afflictions and adversities they go forward, confident of Your mercy; and united to You, O Jesus, they carry all mankind on their shoulders. These souls will not be judged severely, but Your mercy will embrace them as they depart from this life.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls who glorify and venerate Your greatest attribute, that of Your fathomless mercy, and who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. These souls are a living Gospel; their hands are full of deeds of mercy, and their hearts, overflowing with joy, sing a canticle of mercy to You, O Most High! I beg You O God:

Show them Your mercy according to the hope and trust they have placed in You. Let there be accomplished in them the promise of Jesus, who said to them that during their life, but especially at the hour of death, the souls who will venerate this fathomless mercy of His, He, Himself, will defend as His glory. *The text leads one to conclude that in the first prayer directed to Jesus, Who is the Redeemer, it is “victim” souls and contemplatives that are being prayed for; those persons, that is, that voluntarily offered themselves to God for the salvation of their neighbor (see Col 1:24; 2 Cor 4:12). This explains their close union with the Savior and the extraordinary efficacy that their invisible activity has for others. In the second prayer, directed to the Father from whom comes “every worthwhile gift and every genuine benefit, “we recommend the “active” souls, who promote devotion to The Divine Mercy and exercise with it all the other works that lend themselves to the spiritual and material uplifting of their brethren.

Divine Mercy Novena Day Six

Day 6- The meek and humble souls and the souls of children

Today bring to Me the Meek and Humble Souls and the Souls of Little Children and immerse them in My mercy. These souls most closely resemble My Heart. They strengthened Me during My bitter agony. I saw them as earthly Angels, who will keep vigil at My altars. I pour out upon them whole torrents of grace. I favor humble souls with My confidence.

Most Merciful Jesus, You yourself have said, “Learn from Me for I am meek and humble of heart.” Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart all meek and humble souls and the souls of little children. These souls send all heaven into ecstasy and they are the heavenly Father’s favorites. They are a sweet-smelling bouquet before the throne of God; God Himself takes delight in their fragrance. These souls have a permanent abode in Your Most Compassionate Heart, O Jesus, and they unceasingly sing out a hymn of love and mercy.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon meek souls, upon humble souls, and upon little children who are enfolded in the abode which is the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. These souls bear the closest resemblance to Your Son. Their fragrance rises from the earth and reaches Your very throne. Father of mercy and of all goodness, I beg You by the love You bear these souls and by the delight, You take in them: Bless the whole world, that all souls together may sing out the praises of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen.

Prayer Vigil Outside of Planned Parenthood in Center City on Good Friday; Overcame a Small Counter-Demonstration

On Good Friday morning, 130 high school and college students joined seasoned pro-lifers in praying outside of Planned Parenthood in Center City.

The vigil began with the rosary. They meditated on the sorrowful mysteries of the rosary. After the recitation of the rosary, they were addressed by Dr. Monique Ruberu.

“Each of you are a light and will make a huge difference.” Ruberu declared. “You have the ability to touch hearts and minds with everyone you encounter with love through God’s will.”

The most profound thing that happened is overcoming the jeers and taunts from a counter-protestor from a radical pro-abortion group called Abortion Now. He would repeat common phrases of the old pro-abortion talking points like, “Abortion on Demand.” “Pro-Life is a lie. Women Die”. Despite all of it, the attendees kept their composure.

Monique continues to shed light on what Planned Parenthood does and that is abortion “keeps their doors open.”

Monique encouraged everyone to do more by providing help to women with the needs that they do not have that keeps pushing to seek out abortion as the only option.

Divine Mercy Novena Day Five

Today we pray for those who have separated themselves from the Catholic Church for selfish reasons.

“Today bring to Me the Souls of those who have separated themselves from My Church*, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. During My bitter Passion they tore at My Body and Heart, that is, My Church. As they return to unity with the Church My wounds heal and in this way they alleviate My Passion.”

Most Merciful Jesus, Goodness Itself, You do not refuse light to those who seek it of You. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who have separated themselves from Your Church. Draw them by Your light into the unity of the Church, and do not let them escape from the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart; but bring it about that they, too, come to glorify the generosity of Your mercy.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of those who have separated themselves from Your Son’s Church, who have squandered Your blessings and misused Your graces by obstinately persisting in their errors. Do not look upon their errors, but upon the love of Your own Son and upon His bitter Passion, which He underwent for their sake, since they, too, are enclosed in His Most Compassionate Heart. Bring it about that they also may glorify Your great mercy for endless ages. Amen.

*Our Lord’s original words here were “heretics and schismatics,” since He spoke to Saint Faustina within the context of her times. As of the Second Vatican Council, Church authorities have seen fit not to use those designations in accordance with the explanation given in the Council’s Decree on Ecumenism (n.3). Every pope since the Council has reaffirmed that usage. Saint Faustina herself, her heart always in harmony with the mind of the Church, most certainly would have agreed. When at one time, because of the decisions of her superiors and father confessor, she was not able to execute Our Lord’s inspirations and orders, she declared: “I will follow Your will insofar as You will permit me to do so through Your representative. O my Jesus ” I give priority to the voice of the Church over the voice with which You speak to me” (497). The Lord confirmed her action and praised her for it.
