Time to cut the ties to CVS and Walgreens

Companies that sell chemicals for killing babies cannot be companies where we do business. If a company decides to profit from limitless access to chemicals that are used to kill unborn babies, we cannot also allow them to sell us medicines.

It may be a bit of an inconvenience for us, but we should switch our prescription service from abortion chemical sellers – to pharmacies whose products heal rather than kill.

If you currently use CVS or Walgreens for your prescription drugs, please consider using Rite Aide or a local pharmacy – rather than allow your business to provide profits to abortion providers. Read the article here, and take action!

Let the offenders know why you are no longer willing to do business with them!

Classy Chicks Interview Philly Pro-Lifer

In a recent interview, the Classy Chicks podcast interviewed Mickey Kelly. He has been a guest contributor for Savannah Speaks 4 Life newsletter that publishes on a weekly basis. The interview shares why men are needed in the fight against abortion while sharing the staggering number of abortions that is more than 10x higher than the 2021 homicide rate.

BIASED ABORTION COVERAGE

The following is a Letter to the Editor written by Mike McGonagle

While we appreciate the occasional commentaries with a pro-life viewpoint, we express our strong objection to the consistently biased – and sometimes outright false – Inquirer news coverage of the “abortion issue.”

The principal difference in the “pro-life”/”pro-choice” debate is recognizing the scientific reality and alleged rights of the child in the womb. The Inquirer news coverage continues to ignore this reality by refusing to publish photos of children killed by abortion – or even photos of children in the womb. An excellent example remains the iconic photo of Samuel Armas’ “Hand of Hope”
extending from his mother’s womb during surgery at 21 weeks gestation.

We, in the pro-life movement, welcome the routine scrutiny that the Inquirer provides to a proposed law or a candidate regarding “exceptions,” such as unborn children with disabilities or whose lives began as a result of their father’s violent crime. However, your reporters fail to report on the lives of “hard cases,” such as Kathy Barnette, the former 2022 Republican candidate
for the U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania who was conceived in rape when her mom was 11. Equally biased, the Inquirer fails to provide hard case scrutiny of the extent of “pro-choice” laws or candidates, such as support for abortion in the ninth month of pregnancy, as John Fetterman has expressed in a recent CNN interview.

Another example is the Inquirer’s one-sided – and sometimes outright false – “medical reports” on how providing legal protection to children in the womb – or the availability of Catholic health care – will increase the risk of expectant mothers dying from the lack of treatment for miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.

Finally, the Inquirer describes abortion as “health care.” This description means that the child in the womb is a disease or a tumor, rather than a living human being with a right to life.

PRO-LIFERS STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH MARK HOUCK

100 pro-lifers from near and far gathered outside of the federal building in Old City Philadelphia to stand with Mark Houck. The event featured an all-star lineup of speakers with Reverend Bill Devlin serving as the master of ceremonies of the peaceful rally.

In addition to the speaker lineup, representatives from Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising were in town to publicly demonstrate outside of the federal building calling out the hypocrisy of the Justice Department on targeting pro-lifers but not those who vandalized, firebombed, and attacked churches and pregnancy resource centers during the course of the summer of rage. No arrests were made for those crimes.

As the unlawful incident from the FBI has been two weeks, pro-lifers knew that a rally must take place to stand against the tyrannical acts of Garland and Biden’s Justice Department.

There was even a couple who came forward to show a side of Mark Houck the media has failed to cover. He saved a child from being aborted outside of the very Planned Parenthood the incident took place.

A shocking video from the raid has now been released to the public and has been obtained by LifeNews.com regarding a similar raid in Tennessee. It has yet to release a video from Mark Houck’s raid.

See photos from the rally here.

A TALE OF TWO PICTURES

The following is from Michael Geer, President of PA Family Institute.

On the left, that’s our second annual Pennsylvania March for Life, held yesterday on the Capitol steps here in Harrisburg. It was an absolutely amazing day, with crowd estimates of about 6,000 – even more than last year’s rally! Some veteran state lawmakers told us it was the largest Capitol rally they’d ever seen.

On the right is the pro-abortion rally held this morning and organized months ago by Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, and others as a counter to our PA March for Life. They had less than 80 attendees. Yes, less than 80!

The abortion lobby even hired a public relations firm out of Texas to plan their rally and boost attendance. Their prepared remarks included speaking to “a sea of faces” as their expectations were to see many in attendance. Drop in the bucket is what comes to mind.

Meanwhile, the day before was a pro-life groundswell. There was no hired PR firm for the Pennsylvania March for Life. What we had was you, and thousands of others helping us spread the word about this historic pro-life rally and march – the first state March for Life anywhere since the overturn of Roe v. Wade. And wow did pro-life Pennsylvanians ever show up.

This picture above of the Pennsylvania March for Life doesn’t do it justice. What a blessing I had to view from the stage the waves of people in attendance, from those on the steps to the Capitol to those filling in the sides – and getting some shade from the trees. I’m told we have some drone footage coming soon that will give a fuller picture. I can’t wait to share it with you, and other highlights of the day.

ELECTIONS IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS; MUCH IS AT STAKE

The November mid-term elections are close yet far away. pro-life voters have much to do to ensure pro-life and pro-liberty candidates emerge victorious on election night.

If the scary agenda from the Biden Administration does not concern voters, what will? Their plan was clear all along to promote abortion demand despite Roe’s defeat by the Supreme Court this past summer. The administration and its allies in congress are out of touch with the American people on all levels.

There are many promising candidates that can help ensure a red wave and control both houses which has happened throughout history depending on who occupies the White House. When it happens, Biden is a lame duck heading into a potential re-election bid, despite poor health and low poll numbers.

Meanwhile, in Pennsylvania, the question looms on who will be Tom Wolf’s successor. Josh Shapiro has had ads left and right on television and even youtube. Doug, where are you? Do you not want to win the race?

Pennsylvania has held the blueprint in the pro-life debate, especially under the leadership of the late Bob Casey Sr who led the commonwealth in the 80s.

Pro-Life bills were passed on the state level, yet were vetoed or not enforced.

If voters can do something now, they can start by educating the community on the horrors of abortion, fetal development, and sharing the stories of those who walked away from the diabolical industry.

Pro-lifers, are you ready to step up your game? Take an active role in securing the pro-life majority now in Pennsylvania and Washington.
