Below is information from New Jersey Right to Life on the Freedom to Kill Act and and update on the November 11th and December 2nd Day of Outrage Protests. We thank those who attended our November 11th and December 2nd Day of Outrage Protests and for acting on our December 4th Alert to ensure that the NJ Freedom to Kill Act (S3030/A4848) was not added to the agenda for the Senate Health Committee hearing. We had a very good turn-out at the past two protests and received a lot of favorable feedback from the public and even got some favorable press coverage! We are planning a couple of additional events this month and in January which are included in this email.
We have been working non-stop; participating in webinars, interviews with media, writing op-eds, and collaborating with several pro-life groups to defeat this horrible bill. We are continuing to monitor the legislative schedule and will keep you informed of any new movement on the bill. In the meantime, I wanted to encourage you to continue to take the following action on S3030/A4848 and ask you to mark your calendars for some upcoming events.
The Following Action is Still Needed
Important: We are hearing that legislators’ phones are either busy, not answered, or their voicemail boxes are full which prevents us from speaking to a live person or leaving a message so we are urging you to also email and send letters via postal mail so that they can’t say they didn’t get your message! Please do this even if you a have contacted your legislators before. We know this will take extra time, especially during the holiday season, but we ask that you take a few minutes while writing out your Christmas cards to write a letter to these legislators on behalf of babies in the womb who have no voice.
Please take the following action, then share this information with 10 friends and ask them to take action and then share it with 10 more friends and ask them to do the same.

3. Consider organizing a local peaceful protest outside your legislator’s office urging him/her to oppose S3030/A4848. Please let us know if you plan to do this.
