Planned Parenthood has begun using Tele Med – legalized by executive order – to perform Web Cam Abortions. (You can read the article from the Citizen’s Voice here)
This cannot stand! We must contact our state reps and state senators – and leaders in each chamber to immediately act to stop it. Even the Wolf order states that it is ONLY to legalize procedures “that are already legal”. Web Cam Abortions are NOT legal.
The Legislature must immediately seek an injunction to prevent any use of Tele Med for chemical abortions. Then, they must immediately pass the House amended version out of the Senate Health Committee, for a concurrence vote by the full Senate.
