Our Lady of Guadalupe Respect Life Ministry’s Baby Bottle Campaign is the main fundraiser to support local Crisis Pregnancy Centers and Homes.  Monies collected are distributed to Guiding Star Ministries, Blessed Margaret of Castello Home, A Baby’s Breath and Legacy of Life Foundation.

from a Baby’s Breath website:

Today I was moved to contact your organization to say thanks. My children and I were helped by your organization so many years ago. One person who represented your organization who I still remember is Connie. She and I still correspond via email from time to time. The actions of her any many other individuals from your organization have forever positively altered the lives of at least three people. My daughter Laila was born with special needs, and at the time I was in an abusive relationship. Attending Baby’s breath parenting meetings gave me a sense of hope, and life purpose. I was struggling with my decision to keep my child because of her many health concerns, but I was encouraged, and supported by your staff. The regular meetings gave me a break from the isolation that had begun to stifle me. My oldest daughter was able to bond with the older children at the groups, and often times our family resources were offset by the donations from your baby closet. What was most impactful was the way I felt, and the loving interactions from the staff. I felt like it must be the best job in the world to help people like your staff did. This planted a seed in me to give back. I decided to go back to school to get my Bachelors, and Masters in social work. My oldest daughter was similarly moved. She is now 21 and about to graduate with her bachelors in social work as well. I help people every day , and I can truly say this is the best job I ever had. I want to be like the story in the bible where ten lepers were healed, but only one came back to say thank you. Today I was moved to come back and say thank you for all you have done for me and my family. The efforts of so many years ago have had a ripple effect, and the initial seed you planted is now a full blown fruit producing plant. Laila is now 11, and is doing so well many of her health issues have become a thing of the past. I cant thank you enough.

The following is a testimony of a woman who went through the program at Legacy of Life Foundation.

Allie (not her real name) had a very difficult childhood.  She had an abusive father and a mostly absent mother.  She saw a lot in her early years that no child should ever see.  Allie found herself pregnant at the age of fourteen.  Fearing her father’s retribution, Allie went to her high school counselor who referred her to Legacy of Life.  Allie went through their program and decided to keep her baby.  She was able to reconnect with her Mom during her pregnancy and eventually went to live with her until she met her husband.   Now married, they have two children of their own, and are living in Tennessee with all three children.  Allie is grateful for the help and support she received at Legacy of Life while going through a very difficult time in her life.

These are just two testimonies of the many we could list here.  Your financial assistance helps these organizations to keep their doors open so they can continue the work they do through their ministries.

The members of Our Lady of Guadalupe Respect Life Ministry realize that it may be easier to make a donation digitally and have set up a Go Fund Me Page to contribute.

If you would like to be a part of their work by contributing financially,  please use this link.  All the funds collected go directly to those organizations listed above.

The goal of Our Lady of Guadalupe Respect Life Ministry is to promote the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death by prayer, education and support for crisis pregnancy homes and centers in Bucks County.
